(Las Vegas, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Win Systems´s CEO, Eric Benchimol, gave an exclusive interview to SoloAzar to talk about their performance at recent G2E Expo that was held in Las Vegas. He also talked about their latest products showcased at the tradeshow: the WIGOS management system and 3 new launches of electronic roulette and slot machines. He also highlighted this year's achievements and the strengthening of the company's leadership in this industry.

How was your experience at G2E this year?
For Win Systems, G2E 2023 has been very promising and exciting. Like every year, we look forward to G2E to meet with customers and colleagues because we know it offers a unique opportunity to get to know their needs first hand. This year was even more special for us as, in addition to showcasing the latest developments of our powerful WIGOS casino management system, we had the opportunity to present up to 3 new releases of electronic roulette and slot machines, as well as several new games.
The response from visitors has been more than positive, and we are particularly excited about this because it comes from many different operators and from totally different markets. We return from Las Vegas with multiple projects in many of our key markets.

Regarding the products Win Systems presented at G2E, what is the message for potential new partners?
For more than 27 years, we have established ourselves as a global partner providing innovative technological solutions both in management systems and gaming machines (electronic roulettes and slots), and we have been characterised by our proximity to casinos. We want to become technological partners of our customers, accompanying them to try to optimise their business and the experience of their players with our solutions.
To achieve this, we strive to understand their operations and offer solutions to try to improve them, identify their challenges and offer products that optimise their performance. This is made possible by our proximity to operators, allowing us to build strong and long-lasting relationships in very different markets around the world.
This is what new partners can expect from Win Systems.
How do you work on innovations in the US market?
At Win Systems, we approach innovations with a comprehensive strategy, both in markets as dynamic as the USA and in any other market. This process always starts with an analysis of market trends and active listening to customer needs. At this point, our R&D teams begin the work of developing new solutions, always with a strong technological component, which is complemented by the work of many other teams to ensure the quality of our products, their regulatory compliance, operability, commissioning, customer service...
This teamwork contributes to ensuring that our solutions are not only at the forefront of the sector, but also perfectly aligned with the expectations and needs of casinos.

After the success of the company's presentation at G2E, could you give a summary of the company's achievements this year?
We are very satisfied with what we have achieved in 2023, which confirms the positive trend of recent times.
Firstly, our powerful casino management system, WIGOS, has experienced exponential growth in the Americas and Europe. For example, despite being the market leader in Mexico with WIGOS, we have achieved a remarkable expansion in this market. We have also gained significant weight with agreements in some of the most prominent casinos in Latin America, and with spectacular growth also in different states in the USA. Europe has also witnessed our growth, thanks to very ambitious agreements with industry leaders such as Grupo Orenes, to give just one example.
As for our Gaming Division, our machines have enjoyed excellent acceptance in key markets for us in the Americas, and we are also starting to notice an acceleration in Europe. To further enhance our offering, we launched 3 new products at G2E: the Gold Club Symphony electronic roulette, the new Sublime slot and a new Rhapsody XL routing cabinet. They are accompanied by new games and multigames that are being very well received.
Without a doubt, all these results encourage us to continue developing new and better solutions, in order to further strengthen our leadership as a global technology provider.
